Stock management via Barcode Scanners
We offer you a comprehensive stock management solution based on barcode readers which is integrated into the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Our solution helps to increase productivity and accuracy of the entered data, optimal use of space, reduce the delivery times and warehouse operation costs.
The application covers the standard processes such as a stock receipt, transfer, stock out and stock take and integrate them with the ERP database. It enables you to register all required stock processes and also supports integration of financial documents related to the stock operations. It is a reliable and effective solution for stock management, using mobile terminals, bar codes and wireless network. Our solution enables simultaneous use of the multiple readers.
Supported operations
- Receipts – you may use a scanner to specify number of goods, lot and expiry date. Alternatively, you can enter this data manually. You also can change units of measure.
- Returns – you have the opportunity to manually enter invoice number and define returned goods. If the goods were issued in two or more lots, you can enter these manually, as well. The system supports return of multiple goods issued in one invoice. The transaction can be cancelled directly in the bar code scanner.
- Picking - picking can be again be performed either via scanning or manually, followed by packaging and lot registration. Once the package is prepared, the delivery note and labels for parcel service are printed.
