The archive solution for Microsoft Exchange supports automatic, rule-base and user-centered archiving scenarios. In addition to increased data security and legal compliance, the data load on the Exchange Server is significantly reduced.

EASY xBASE provides legally compliant e-mail archiving options for Microsoft Exchange Server. The flexible control set allows both transparent archiving or journal mailboxes and defining individual archive folders or time-controlled processing of e-mail messages. In this way, EASY xBASE is compliant with mandatory data retention and with data protection of individual Outlook users.

Archived e-mail items can be directly removed from the Exchange mailbox, or replaced with a small reference file. This not only reduces the load on the Exchange Server by more than 90%, it also significantly minimizes backup time.

EASY xSHARE

EASY for SHAREPOINT perfectly links SharePoint document structures to legally compliant storage in EASY ENTERPRISE. Proprietary SharePoint masks (Web Parts) enable accessing all company archives and EASY workflows directly from the SharePoint interface. EASY for MICROSOFT DYNAMICS NAV

EASY for DYNAMICS NAV is the perfect extension to Microsoft Dynamics NAV. This enterprise content management solution supports all business processes; it archives both incoming and outgoing documents in a legally compliant manner.

EASY for DYNAMICS NAV facilitates accelerating processes in the accounting department. Incoming documents, such as invoices or delivery notes, can be entered via a central station on arrival, and stored in the EASY ENTERPRISE archive. Thanks to its deep integration, they can be directly displayed from the NAV client for processing in Dynamics NAV. Information gained in the scan process is automatically transferred to Dynamics NAV.

EASY NOTES

EASY NOTES is the ideal solution for linking EASY ENTERPRISE to an IBM® Lotus Notes®/Domino® environment. It archives IBM Lotus Notes documents and attachments in a revision-proof and legally compliant manner directly from IBM Lotus Notes.

EASY NOTES also provides the option of assigning e-mail items process-related to a process or activity. This ensures important e-mail messages are not lost and can be quickly made available to those users who need the information. Business processes can also be triggered directly from the IBM Lotus Notes client. EASY NOTES allows retrieval of archived documents directly from the Notes client, and users do not need to quit their traditional work environment. The software's capability includes handling all Notes documents. For example, the load of the Notes database can be relieved of data not permanently used. This makes the database organized, clean and fast. Archived documents are available enterprise-wide, and can also be used by other systems.
